I am absolutely addicted...

to dehydrated cherry tomatoes. I wish I had figured this out sooner. I don't like to eat raw tomatoes, but I love these things. I think most people dry them until they are leathery. They are good like that, kind of raisin-ish. But I also love the overdried ones that are crispy. They are like a healthy non-fat potato chip.

I love these too. I like them in any state of dryness from not dry at all to no moisture left in them whatsoever. Delicious!
