Muesli pots

Hello Everyone ,

Im 41 yrs old living and working in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E). I usually buy this muesli pot for a quick lunch or breakfast and was wondering if someone can tell me how i can make it at home . I cant figure out if its milk or yougurt (lol).
