Just got a nice piece of pork belly yesterday. I want to do it up whole, and was looking for a tried and true recipe. I like the idea of marinating in soy sauce, garlic and brown sugar, then slow roasting and finishing off the skin under the broiler, so I am leaning in that direction, but am always open to suggestions. My mother used to make a great recipe with just salt, pepper and cinnamon. hmmmm....
