A huge "Thank You" to all who helped with my hash browns and my new
ceramic frying pan.
Yesterday's Friday Fry-up was a treat. I cooked the hashbrowns from frozen
for the suggested 15 minutes a side, did not "fiddle" or move them around the pan at all. They were well-cooked, hot and mmmmmmmmmmmm.
When Friday comes around again I will try them defrosted and see if there is any difference in taste and form.
