If the London broil thaws in time I will make what I call potted steak. If not it will be fettuccine alfredo.
I'll be having a steamed artichoke with garlic lemon butter, and the rest of the shrimp/pasta/veggie salad I made a couple of days ago.
Hope DH feels better soon, Dawg!
Here's my beef:
My brand new, perfect looking ceramic floor is no longer perfect,
DANG IT!!!
The grease popped and hissed and flew everywhere, as it does when you fry something. Now I've got to figure out how to clean that up!
Any suggestions DC friends?
Maybe he's whiny because he cracked a rib or two? Himself doesn't even say "boo" when he's sick. But when he cracked one this time - and he's sure it's broken since it feels just like the other two times he broke a rib in motorcycle accidents - the poor guy moaned every time he moved around. Thankfully, he's finally beyond that stage. No moaning for nearly a week! Give your DH a few weeks before you apply "pillow therapy"....DH bruised a few ribs after doing a slip and fall on our front steps after the ice storm. Some men are whiney babies...
One of these two sites might help:...The grease popped and hissed and flew everywhere, as it does when you fry something. Now I've got to figure out how to clean that up!
