And actually when you think about it, the interviewer is no slouch either. He was very good at keeping the conversation flowing with just the right questions.

I've never seen the show so don't know what he is/was like with other participants.

He's is very good as an interviewer. He was on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight, and Stephen praised him for his interviewing skills -- his way of loosening people up with hot sauce and asking great questions. Sean Evens definitely prepares for his guests.

BTW, Stephen Colbert ate the Mega Death Sauce with Liquid Rage. 550,000 Scoville units.
