Rim a chilled martini glass with apple butter, then press the sticky rim into a plate full of Graham Cracker Crumbs.
In a shaker combine:
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tbl of Grand Marnier
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds til thickened. Set aside while you prepare remaining cocktail.
In a separate shaker combine:
3 parts Fris Red Apple Vodka
1 part Apple Barrel Schnapps
Shake well and strain into prepared martini glass.
Float prepared cream in a layer on top of the cocktail by pouring it onto a right-side-up spoon held against the side of the glass.
Dust top with cinnamon or extra graham cracker crumbs.
