I have been on a run of adding more chocolate to practically everything. Sauces, fudges, glazes, chips, chunks, melted or otherwise, all of it has been fun.
The notion of lemon bars with chocolate has been rolling around in my head recently. I am not sure if there would be a good way to do this; more than a few people I know cringed at the notion. I was thinking about some kind of thin bittersweet layer, probably on top but possibly otherwise.
Has anyone done something similar, or does it sound like a bad idea?
