Sweet Potato Gnocchi - I had been making conventional Italian potato gnocchi and got curious about a sweet potato version. It was a winner!
Huge Fruit Crisp - made it for a BBQ right around Independence Day. That's a hotel pan. The crisp used 12 lbs. of fruit alone.
