I put the rack in the middle of the oven and bake at 350*Conventional Oven, until golden brown. Don't ever use dark pans to bake, everything will be burnt for sure. !!

They use a top round roast. I'd S&P it and just put it end the oven and roast to med. rare. Slice and use for sandwiches. I out garlic cloves in mine before roasting it.

I was reading a recipe for cooking Filipino Fried Chicken, and the chicken is cooked in 6 cups of rice wash and two chicken cubes. I assumimg it is water with chicken bouillon cubes. Then it is drained then fried. Am I right about the rice wash?? Thanks for your help!!! :) :) :) :)

I have seen some recipes, one where the chicken is cooked in a mixture like chicken adobo, then fried. Another one where the chicken is steamed with spices then fried once or sometimes twice for extra crispy. Maybe you know some other versions, please share. Thanks for your help!!! :) :) :) :)
