    Yogurt!!

    if you make dressings, take the oil out and substitute with yogurt as well, (add some chopped fresh herbs) also use whole wheat pasta instead normal pasta butter milk in mash potato also is nice use No fat milk in Mash potato and you can take all the butter out of that mash.....?

    put them in the fridge after cooked. raw you can keep them for a while out of the fridge...cooked NOT..you can get really sick!!!

    most gluten free bread you buy in the store is long life. once you open the bag , wrap it in plastic or zip lock bags. (and freeze it)

    Lentil Soup

    just a litle variation on your recipe, to add body to it you take 25 percent of the soup and put it in the blender, blend it fine and then put it back with the rest... also a bit of chopped parsley will do miracles for a lentil soup... but it's your soup.....

    a trick to easy peel the onions and garlic etc, boil them for 2 minutes, then dump them in ice water...the skin will peel off very easily also you can soak them overnight in water, and that will make it easier as well

    wy not, slowly poach the chicken and let it cool down in the juice, then put a lit on it and put it in the fridge don't boil the chicken, make sure it stay's under cooking point.. don't forget to season the stock , with salt, pepper and anything else you like

    I don't add vinegar although you can. depending on how spicy you want it you add the peppers to add flavor salt and pepper is very important, also garlic and onion will enhance the taste. take your spice mixture fry them first, or oven bake, what ever you like then put them in the blender and...

    u could improve the taste before you add the cheese. With your butter, add some chopped onion, or/and garlic don't let the butter go brown as that will give a more ''burned/tanish'' taste for more taste to the sauce you also can add some bay leave and add some pepper (corn). basically anything...
