    How do you make your turkey?

    Season the bird with salt and pepper, stuff with a peeled onion and cover with streaky bacon. Roast in some water with a small amount of lemon juice. Delicious!

    How do you coleslaw?

    I always keep it basic 1 Half white cabbage 2 carrots I onion Mayo Put everything through the food processor and and mix in the mayo. Delicious when freshly made.

    What to do with cauliflower leaves?

    I always cut the leaves of cauliflowers, eating only the florets and composting the remaining leaves. I have heard that they are not only edible, but in fact quite tasty and nutritious. Does any one have any experience of using the leaves in any cuisine?

    Tomatillo and Courgettes

    I always have plenty of courgettes this time of year - I like to fry some chopped smoked bacon, courgette and garlic. Mix in with some creme fraiche and cooked pasta. Grate some mature cheese on top for a fantastic light lunch.

    Question about raw chicken

    I have bought chicken before in a supermarket, I opened it on the day of purchase and it was mouldy. Spelt so bad - you can never really know how it was treated before it gets to you!

    Brining pork chops before frying?

    I like to coat in some olive oil dried stuffing mix, fry, grill or bake for a crispy and tasty chop!

    Wok - Carbon or Steel?

    Wok I would invest in some carbon monoxide detectors, just to be on the safe side. They are really cheap and always a good idea.
