I am looking for a really good recipe for veal. My son loves veal, but all I can make is scallopini. Can anyone let me know what else I can do??

I have a lot of dishes that I make just based on a picture I have seen and try to make it like that. It is hard to give the exact proportions of the ingredients.

I always find it in the condiment section - ketchup, relish etc...sometimes i see the more expensive brands at the meat counter. One thing i can never find is mint sauce...everyone always has mint jelly, but i want the sauce..that is hard to find too..once i did find it, it was with the bacon????

I wasnt really looking at her dishes, although since she did end up in the bottom so many times, i would assume it didnt taste that good. I was more referring to her attitude. She always seemed to be so high on herself and tried to act better than anyone else. Although with editing, i am sure...

Does anyone else think that Rocco DiSparato (sorry, not sure of the spelling) is a little too full of himself??? Maybe its just that every show I see him on he acts like he invented cooking.

I was just wondering who everyones favourite chef (celebrity or not) was. I kind of like Gordon Ramsy, but also like Curtis Stone (although it might just be the accent) Anyone else like these guys?
