LOL, that is a fine looking burger! Dinner here is going to be an seafood gumbo with red beans & rice and cornbread. I've got plenty of left over shrimp from last nights dinner to use along with halibut, crab meat and some oysters.
Thanks for the nice welcome, everyone. Mark, my lady friend and I are at the market a couple of times a month or so. I would go more often but the crowds can make it nearly impossible to shop, especially in the summer.
I have a nice little 14 lb king that was caught about 9 hours ago and part of it will be used in this recipe. The rest is going in the smoker along with a couple of nice pinks.
I've had Ardbeg probably a half a dozen times and I agree, it is very nice. Coming from someone who prefers irish whisky over scotch, that's saying something.
