    Good goin'!! I love Williams-Sonoma cookbooks! The recipes are elegant but use readily available ingredients and the photographs are fantastic! I hope to check this one out. Have you prepared anything from it yet? -Cindy :wub:

    I replaced my ancient Ekco with a Pampered Chef potato peeler and LOVE it! Another favorite item is my silicone baster brushes! Just a couple of items that make life easier. :wub:

    LIVER ... I've tried chicken and beef livers prepared many ways throughout my life ... it's probably the only food I really dislike. As a child my mother would say "just take one bite"... :wub:

    How about a cookbook category?

    For me there is nothing like holding a cookbook in your hands. I love the look, feel and smell of them. I often take one to bed with me and "dream" about what recipe I'll try the next day or week ahead; or change the recipe to suit ingredients I have on hand. If it's an old cookbook, I wonder...

    Infrared Tempgun For Cooking?

    I received an infrared tempgun for Christmas a couple of years ago and I have been wondering how to utilize it in the kitchen. Thanks for the ideas. I'll use it next time I make fudge. Besides the skillet and oil temp, has anyone found other uses? Just curious... :wub:
