    Canning Salsa

    Does anyone hve a simple recipe for canning salsa. I have looked at the Ball book and I just was a simple salsa for my husband. Red and yellow tomatoes, onions, peppers, both jalenpo and sweet.

    I recently purchased a Decosonic Convection Oven at a yard sale. It is missing the vegatable rack and the upper rack, and the manual. Does anyone know where I can find the above. Apparently the company that made this convection oven is out of business and the company in Florida "US Electric"...
