Decosonic Convection Oven

I recently purchased a Decosonic Convection Oven at a yard sale. It is missing the vegatable rack and the upper rack, and the manual. Does anyone know where I can find the above. Apparently the company that made this convection oven is out of business and the company in Florida "US Electric", (I think the name is) is also out of business. HELP

Thank you, yes I have, but found nothing as of yet. I will keep checking.
