    My cake turned out pretty good. The title was blue berry muffin cake, and it does have that texture, but I think I will stick with plain old blue berry muffins. Its blueberry season where I am. I'm thinking jam. Anyway have a good day.

    How do you know if you’ve kneaded your dough enough? Will it not rise? And can I get it out of the bowl where it’s suppose to be rising and knead it some more. It’s kind of like a brioche.
