    Oh I love this! I make a strawberry and watermelon slushie, and it's alway a hit! I'm going to try the lemonade version once the sun's out a little.

    I do that most of the time! Especially, when I don't have all the ingredients the recipe calls for and I'm simply craving to try it, I improvise. I don't really think of what I'll use before hand. I simply start cooking and go with the flow. There are times when I've got something totally new...

    I like mine with a dollop of nutella mix into it and topped with a generous amount of whipped cream, and sometimes with a caramel syrup. But mostly the first option :biggrin:

He lay the peeled skin flat on the board (orange side down, pith up) and slid the knife through it, seperating the zest from the pith in no time.     Something Indian: a vegetable biryani. The fragrance of the basmati rice and the saffron is wonderful. Although, a biryani is best made with meat, you could sub them for veggies. To get an idea of the recipe, you could have a look here.

    The smaller versions of these, more like teaspoons, are commonly used to eat kulfi (a kind of ice cream) with here.

    Favorite Tea

    For iced teas, I like peach and cherry. And amongst hot teas, my favourite is Jasmine green tea. It is so light and has a very refreshing fragrance.
