    How many different frying pans do you own?

    How Many Cookbooks Do You Have?

    I have a few I have about 30 books, I have recently gotten more into ebook recipe books. It seems to make it easier to navigate and less bulk. I have 2 cupboards full of cook books and it seems to be a pain to pull one out of the bottom just for one thing. I buy whatever recipe ebook I can.

    Storing Olive Oil (refrigerate or not?)

    Store It Well Yeah like most of the others are saying. I would make sure it's in a dark cool place. Try and store it in separate containers maybe. I use olive oil like it's water, hah it wouldn't take me long to go through that.:rolleyes:

    Using herbs

    I love them I am a herb man myself. I usually go with Oregano and Parsley. Those are the main ones I go with. I find those go well with everything. Oregano is very strong so I would make sure you don't put too much on whatever you are preparing.

    Home Made Potato Chips - storing

    Should be a problem I would ziplock and refridgerate them. I know people are probably saying, what refrigerate, but all you need to do is that them out some time in advance and they should be just like new. Make sure and let me know how they turn out if you try it!
