One of the chefs made this at work today, and i have got to say it was the best cheesecake I think i've ever had. I wish I had a recipe to share with you all, but he sort of just made it up, and didn't really keep track of the quantities he used. I was wondering if anyone else has had a cheesecake like this, and if so, do you have a good recipe?
