This is such a broad category. We need more specifics, ie, do you want recipes for a whole chicken or just chicken breasts, chicken thighs, etc?

Chicken chipotle/cheddar/bacon panini.

Tonight was a mega salad with tuna, navy beans, pasta, red bell pepper, tomatoes, sweet onion, black olives, and green peas, tossed with a lemon vinaigrette. Baguette on the side.

Tonight is shrimp with an orange/soy/ginger sauce with rice and steamed green beans.

Tonight was penne with sauteed garlic, red bell pepper, and mushrooms. Served with Parmigiano Reggiano. Green salad to start.

Salmon with an orange/ginger/soy glaze and brown rice, garnished with scallions.

Veggie pizza with mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and black olives, and a green salad.

Rainbow trout with caramelized scallions, basmati rice, and roasted cauliflower. And later, I'm going to treat myself to something ultra chocolatey (homemade) for dessert.
