    Linguine vs Spaghetti

    we splurged on some fresh fettucine yesterday to go with my spicy meat sauce and it was delicious! What I liked about it was that it didn't take as long as the packaged kind of noodles. Next we're going try are the fresh stuffed pasta with a meat sauce.

    Lived in Oman for 8 years and the laundry room was on the 3rd floor which included a long flight of stone steps and I had a load just about daily......I didn't need a stairmaster to bulk up my legs....

    anything salty...... cheese sticks or any sliced cheese will do, with all crackers out there dill pickles popcorn pretzels esp. the large sourdough rye have to pass on anchovies tho* all breads all fruits except coconut

    COVID19 Vaccinations-How's It Going?

    My 2nd (Pfizer) is this Wednesday and hoping the side effects won't be too onerous.....would love not to wake up with a tag on my toes, either, Lee Vining!! The first one was a breeze, though I wanted to eat everything in sight for days! Guess I'd better start my diet now.....

    My nephew, when shopping with his mom, put a bag of Gummy Bears in the cart for his and dad's upcoming camping trip. Had a great camp dinner and then polished off the bag of gummy bears......later that evening both spent the night running in and out of the tent to do their business...a lot...

    Somethin' Fishy in the Kitchen 4/9

    Tilapia looks yummy!!! And the forum recipes in response sounded yummy, too. Last night night we had grilled salmon, spinach salad, and a baked potato. My hubby did most of it as I have stitches on my left index. For dessert, I had gummy bears. :)

    do y'all remember the poem, "The Owl and the Pussycat" and one of the last stanzas "they dined on mince and slices of quince eaten with a runcible spoon (fork and spoon combo).....in 4th grade I thought it an unusual name but I use mine today all the time.......I love it........
