    Ribs and portabellos

    For mother's day I smoked up a few racks of rib and grill some portabellos. Thanks for all the help with the portabellos guys they turned out great. The ribs were smoked over apple and oak, given a mustard glaze at the end. sorry for the crappy pics Chris
