I have read that Bakewell Cream makes the best most lofty biscuits rather than using regular baking powder,Does anyone have any experience with this product and what is your opion on this product? Also what else is it good for?
I have no experience with it, jp. Although, the King Arthur folks sell it and I am a great fan of their flour products. Don't know if there's any bearing on its performance, but it doesn't have any aluminum in it.
