Convection oven BBQ

This summer I've been playing around with simple mods to my grill. A cheap fan and a metal shroud has turned it into a pizza oven.

Twenty-eight Canadian pennies lining the opening. So it's worth at least $0.28

Well that is too kewlish. Get some smoke to it and on the rotess and you could have a mini Ole Hickory or Southern Pride for if folks got meat hongry. Smart thinking.

I'm having a ball with this thing. I made my own pizza peel and rake as well. Just some scrap aluminum and a railing riser from a building supply store.

Thanks. I use the shroud adapter frequently. The fan is always used, for all grilling, baking, smoking etc.
