All dumplings, and think of Tortellini in shape.

Ravioli's are after all a type of dumpling when you think of it. Unleavened dough with fillings. No?

There are Chinese dumplings that are yeasted. They can be steamed or baked.

I never heard of them before until a few years ago. We were walking around NYC ( In the Columbus Circle Area) and there was a stand selling them.
