1 lg can jellied cranberry sauce
3 Tlbsp. lemom juice
1 (3oz) pkg. cream cheese, whipped
1/4 C mayo
1/4 C sifted powdered sugar
1 C chopped nuts ( walnuts)
1 C heavy cream
Crush cranberry sauce with fork and add the lemon juice. Pour into 8x11 inch pan. Combine cream cheese, mayo and sugar. Blend well. Add nuts ( Walnuts) Fold in whip cream and spread over cranberry mixture. Freeze firm. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
This is good on a hot day.
