Didn't need the Baltimore beef tonight, we'll have it with veggies and mashed later this week. Since it was cold out when we made it I did the "indirect heat" grill part in the oven in a covered pan, then Himself did the grilling outside. I saved the pan drippings for gravy making and hope they're really yummy. If not, Heinz jarred gravy to the rescue!Thanks, CG. Coming right up
Giant Eagle has a BOGO on top round roasts starting Thursday, so I'll be making another Baltimore pit beef soon and putting one in the freezer for another time.
