The market had fresh Blue-Claw Crab crabmeat on sale (half-price), so I bought a pound. Tasted it before using, & it was sweet, not overly salty, & although labeled as "claw" meat, was quite light & "lumpy" - nice large pieces.

Decided to make Crab Rolls/Melts. Just mixed the crabmeat with some Hellmann's mayo - nothing else - then piled it into toasted hot dog rolls & topped with grated gruyere cheese & a little ground cayenne pepper. Broiled until the cheese just melted, then topped the rolls with some mixed baby lettuce & arugula. Yum!!!!!
