What marinade did you use? I came away with 2 logs of pork tenderloin that didn't get used at Thanksgiving and I don't know what I will do with them...probably save it for a dinner at the new house...or not.
Beth, there are a couple of Weber brand marinade mixes we really like. For the pork tenderloin I used a white wine and herb marinade.
I also like a sesame ginger marinade.
¼ C Soy Sauce
2 Tb Dry Sherry
1 Tb Dark Sesame Oil
2 tsp Ginger, grated
1 tsp Garlic, grated
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Chili Oil
