Saturday.

A Majorcan Pizza - Called a "Coca", denotes Coquere, which means to cook, and this is oval or rectangular in shape topped with fresh veggies and sold on streets of the Capital, Palma de Mallorca ( Majorca ) in the Baleric Islands (4) in the Mediterranean.

It is simple to prepare and I use fresh mushrooms. red bell, Swiss Chard, shallot, garlic, ripe fresh pear ( plum ) shaped tomatoes, and an All Purpose Unbleached Bio Flour.

To Sip: Sparkling water with fresh lemon.

Wine: A Blush / A Rosé of choice ..

We split a pulled pork sandwich at the Juke Joint in the Atlanta airport. The Georgians know their BBQ sauce, it was quite good.
