I promised someone here a good banana cream pie recipe, so I'm off to find it. A friend at work gave me a wonderful American cookery book that features recipes that won prizes at fairs and such....I made the banana cream pie recipe for visitors and they seemed to really like it ( I LOVED it. )
P.S. did anyone see that Paula Dean show where she made the quiche using pre-prepared frozen hash browns as a pie-crust. That looked really good, and I bought (for the first time) some of those frozen hash browns.
