"Hello Everyone. I'm new here and just wanted to let everyone know that I look forward to learning as much as I can from you all. I'm trying to watch my weight, but I love cooking and eating. What I have learned about cooking is from reading and personal experience (experiment hehe), although I did learn some things while working in a kitchen many years ago with a couple of wonderful cooks as their assistant. This website seems vast and nearly mind boggling. I'm not sure where to begin. Thank you all in advance for your help in all things cooking and baking related.
