Welcome!
I had to look up Bigos:
Sounds good. I for one would love to see your recipe.

Bigos (Polish pronunciation: [ˈbʲiɡɔs]; Belarusian: бігас,[1] bihas, or бігус,[2] bihus, Lithuanian: bigusas), often translated into English as hunter's stew, is a Polish dish of chopped meat of various kinds stewed with sauerkraut, shredded fresh cabbage and spices. It is served hot and can be enriched with additional vegetables and wine.[3]Originally from Poland, the dish also became traditional in the areas of the vast Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.[4][5]
