Senior Cook
With all of the rave reviews, I couldn't wait to try it.
First I rubbed down this rather small chicken with Wolfe’s Citrus. I use it rather sparingly because I hate the thought of using it up. (I do have the recipe, but I'm lazy!)
Then I put it on the Big Green Egg. I raised the grill and was supposed to keep it at 350º for one hour without peeking. (Me or the temp) At 50 minutes I opened it up and slathered it with Reverend Marvin’s original mixed with honey as per Larry.
The girls watched the entire process.
I only left it for another 4 minutes for the sauce to cook.
Served in pie plates with blurry canned beats and blurry Read’s German Potato Salad. I told you I'm lazy.
Reverend Marvin’s is excellent!
Thank you so much, Larry! I really love it and so did the girls.
