I'm new to the forum, and just wanted to say hello.
I'm from New Zealand, but moved to AZ a few years ago.
I cook allllll the time. My bedtime reading is recipe books (sad, but true).
I'm interested in expanding my repetoire to include canning - but I'm scared - so hope I can get over myself sometime soon.
I'm more of a cook than a baker (something about being so precise eludes me), but lately I'm really enjoying breadmaking by hand for some reason.
