Hi everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself - I live in Australia, I am passionate about cooking, especially healthy cooking. I know there are a lot of different definitions of “healthy cooking” For me it is first of all, natural, simple ingredients sourced locally, seasonally and/or organic; low sugar (I prefer to lower sugar content or replace it with honey or maple syrup); healthy fats (for me it is ghee, butter, coconut oil). I use a lot of recipes that are gluten free (and low in carbs) just to lower amount of bread (wheat) my kids eat and add some variety in their diet.
I have 2 kids and husband who love my cooking and a dog and a cat.
