Strawberries and balsamic are amazing together! I have a strawberry-balsamic vinegar that I put on chocolate ice cream. OMG! Now I need to add chocolate ice cream to my shopping list.

My favorite potluck is Boston Baked Beans done in the Slow Cooker and I always put in an extra dose of diced onions which seems to attract the eaters. Convenient because I take the entire slow cooker to the event even if it can't be plugged in all the time.
