Beef Parmigiana with Veggies and Chips

A cheeseburger with chips and a pickle.

Watermelon chunks for afters.

Stir-Fry. Beef, mushrooms, celery, green onions, pea pods, bean sprouts, teriyaki/soy sauce with linguini in lieu of lo mein noodles. Pineapple in the wife's.

Ridiculously good.

Boneless turkey thighs with pan gravy, stuffing and green beans.

I had a deconstructed chicken pot pie (made the filling and then crumbled up a biscuit to have with it) and a salad. Dark Chocolate with a touch of sea salt for dessert.

Fried rice with Shrimp, good but not a wowser.

Grilled burgers, corn and a peach drizzled with peach white balsamic vinegar. Peach cobbler with ice cream for dessert.

Philly cheese steak sandwiches with chocolate ice cream for dessert.

Meal sized salads with thousand island dressing. Pear spice frozen dessert bar. Watermelon.

We had some BBQ chicken that we picked up at the rib fest in Cornwall. We had Southwest inspired bean and corn salad. The chicken was nothing special. It seemed like an afterthought for people who didn't want pork or beef.
