Hello My name is keith,
I found this forum by looking for cooking forums to join. I love the way it loves and I think i can learn alot here and contribute alot.
A little about myself I am recently discharged from the navy after 5 years and getting ready to attend JWU in the spring at the Charlotte campus for Culinary Arts. Before the navy I was a sous chef at a Italian restaurant I loved every minute of it! I have a very strange passion with food I love it so much and I love cooking it but I hate the fact that if i keep eating i will gain wait lol. Too me Cooking is a art a way of life.
