whole milk
Senior Cook
I'm embarrassed to post for help with this but I'm terrible with math. You see, I've been making nut milks and I'd like to get an approximate idea of how many calories per cup. It doesn't need to be an exact figure. Since I'm straining the milk from the meal I can't get an exact figure, so an approximation is good enough:
300 grams of walnuts = 2073 calories
If I add water and divide that into a 2 liter container and pour it out as one cup servings that makes how many calories?
