I decided to put a little bit of cream cheese in my sammies, too
Cream of tomato soup for lunch tomorrow.

Absolute lunchtime fave. Have never tried it with cream cheese, sounds scrumptuous, Pac!

What in the heck? I love pasta carbonara and cook/eat it often. Can't imagine what this is. Enlighten me.

Well, the reason why i do use avocado is because im using the natural buttery creamy flavor from it. Which is a very good replacement / enhancement from the regular carbonara

To make the sauce , take some milk , avocado , parmesan cheese , salt , paper and blitz it through the food processor until the sauce is smooth

It will be something with polish sausage and potatoes.

I made roasted potatoes with sliced polish sausage. On the side, green beans cooked with crumbled bacon.
