I am so glad to be here!! I'm 36 originally from California but am finding myself in the boonies in Virginia these days. I am obsessed with cooking, well, maybe obsessed is a bit harsh but I'm definately close. I grew up with the typical 70's fare, casserole after casserole after casserole and I swore that my family would not be subjected to the same boring flavors that I had growing up. (NO OFFENSE MOM!!!! LOVE YOU). I began watching shows on the Food Network and thanks to all of them, I have improved my mad skills. I look forward to reading what everyone has to say and getting suggestions for what to make for dinner when I get bored.
