Boy, do I remember Bambi!! My father took my 2 sisters, myself, and 2 neighbor girls to see it and when the mother gets shot, one of the girls, aged 5 starts howling.........I remember my dad folding her in his arms and soothing her......a side of him I had never seen. I will never forget her cries....in fact when I took my two to see it we had a quick potty break at that moment......
