Cook
I have a quick question. I have some cookie dough cooling in the fridge for a new recipe, and this recipe calls for the cookies to be baked on parchment paper. The cookies need a while before they're ready to bake, so I could run out to the store and grab some, but I'd really rather not make the trip if I don't have to. Can I use something else instead? Wax paper, for example? Or perhaps just cook them straight on the cookie sheet? Is, perhaps, the author of this recipe just trying to save me some cookie sheet cleanup? Or is the parchment paper a necessity, if the recipe calls for it?
Thanks.
Thanks.
