Yesterday I bought a fresh guinea fowl, and put it into the oven to roast. Knowing the breast would be dry by the time the legs were cooked, I took the fowl out, and cut off the breasts to eat. The legs were only partly cooked so I put them in the fridge along with the rest of the carcass for today.
Will these legs be safe to cook again and eat? (keeping in mind they were only half cooked yesterday) This time cooking all the way through obviously.
