I opened up the fridge ones today and am having them with lunch. O boy is that potent. Whew, some of the hottest jalapenos I have had.

They are crisp but that isn't a surprise for ones done in the fridge.

Mighty-tastey I tell ya.

There is but one jar in the fridge... but yer welcome to come by and have a few.

I just opened up a jar of this years jalapenos.

The pickle crisp seems to have helped. They are much firmer than last years (or I just did the whole process better).

And whoever said jalapenos aren't hot.. whew... try these... hottest jalapenos I have had. Whew.
