I made Plum jam in Oct 2004.
This from the light, yellow plums. ( don't know the name)this jam came out beautiful, tasty, a little on the tart side but, a good plum flavor.
I still have about 6, 1/2 pints. They have tuned dark. I opened one yesterday it does not have any "old" taste but it has lost some of it's flavor.
Any problem with eating it??
