Master Chef
This is one of those simple meals that my mom used to make for us. She never used a recipe & I just picked it up by watching her make it. It's also good made with tomato soup instead of the cream of mushroom.
4 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 soup can milk or water
1C uncooked white rice
Place rice in bottom of baking dish. Mix soup & water or milk, stir into rice. Season both sided of pork chops with salt & pepper & place on top of rice mixture. Cover baking dish with foil & bake at 350F for 1 hour or until rice is cooked.
